According to CS Lewis, …”in the end there are only two kinds of souls: those who say to God, ‘thy will be done,” and those to whom God says in the end “ thy will be done.” All those that are in hell, chose it.

Without that self choice there could be no hell. No soul that seriously and constantly desire joy will ever miss it… Those who seek, find. And to those who knocks, it will be opened…

As John the Baptist and CS Lewis puts it : “The time is at hand. Choose which side you will be on.”

As St Augustine puts it, “ He who created us without our help, will not save us without our consent.”
